2:50 pm	another update?!?! gasp. yesterday i woke up and called up some ppl to go to b-dubs (buffulo wild wings) so me, tommy, dave, and tich went and got some food, then we all went over to schoppers to play some smash. jamie and ray came and picked me up and then we went to eat some pizza then go see mary/tim/omahen/other kid whose name i cant remember play some music at centenial. then me , craig, maria, jamie, tabriz, and ray went to play catch for a while at humphry park. we decided to get some DQ after, and apperently that is THE place to be if ur between the ages of 5-60 cuz it was packed. i got a twist cone with sprinkles.. it was delicious. we ended up back at jamies house for the night just sitting back relaxing and doing nothing... it was a nice way to end the night. also, i found out who one of my roomates is yesterday and talked to him for a while, and im stoked about it, he seems super laid back, plays videogames, listens to good music, and lives in a super nice city an hour and a half away and said we can go up there some weekends. so now i just hope my other roomate is just as cool. <3 brian tran (3 Comments |Comment on this)

12:53 am	bored well, im so bored right now that i decided to make an update. id try to cover everything thats happened since my last update... but its been about a year, so ill just go with what i did today... today i woke up and noticed no one was home... turns out my family went to chicago for the day, so i went over to schoppers for some food and smash. boban and tich came over, and me and bob swam for a while. dave joined us later in the day, and we played smash again for a bit and then i headed home for dinner. after dinner i went to rays house and he taught me a little theory for guitar. after that, everyone was going for a bike ride, but i wasn't feeling up for it, and neither was craig so we just hung out and watched starsky and hutch with his little sister and then ended the night with more smash/ping pong. as for whats happened in the last year... senior year was pretty awesome, very little work and lots of fun, i only had 4 periods at sandburg a day and then i had a class at moraine twice a week first semester, and 3 times a week 2nd. overall apes was probly the greatest class ever, mr. corcoran is one of the coolest teachers at sandburg. it was a fun year, but im glad its over, i was getting bored with highschool and im really excited about going to college. im going to chapman, a small liberal arts school in southern california, im gonna be majoring in psychology. this summer has been amazing so far, i pretty much just sleep untill someone calls with some plans, and then i go hang out with people all day and come back home to sleep for the night. well, 2 minutes in and im already sick of writing in this, so ill end it here. i wonder if anyone is even gonna read this since i havnt updated in a year. <3 brian tran (5 Comments |Comment on this)

12:26 am	Best Friends Forever Upon request of the one and only Katie Z. Bukiri I shall make an update. This is more of a dedication than a recap of my day. Katie Bukiri = Awesome/Totally Rad. (The period makes it final.) Dear Katie, We need to finish our summer plans of chasing Vin off I-80. I saw we do it this tuesday, word on the street is that he will be in town that day. 12:21 am	TWO TWO TWO DAYS IN ONE! so i forgot to update yesterday... oops so you get to read about both my days in one entry..how exciting. Monday- woke up at 830 due to a phone call from rob...we were all suppose to be at the course by 830, bill was the only one there in time... sorry bill. Team Ben/Tran dominated the day going from losing by 10 strokes last time to winning by 2, wewt. Then i came home and napped for about half an hour then it was off to play some Cricket with a bunch of people, maybaum, lobianco, asad, kozack, paul, mitch, weglarz, and lots more. It was sooooooo hot out but really fun. So after 1 inning that took 3 hours i came home and slept some more. Woke up had dinner and sat online/watched sealab the rest of the night. Tuesday- today i was woken by a phone call from Jill Smith, i went and picked her up at school and she had a sweet cd and picture for me with songs like the full house theme and power rangers and a pepsi blue commerical song, then we met up with CroiXXX G$ and ben at baker square, stood in the parkinglot for a good 10 minutes till we decided to go to some stirfry place in Oak Park. We piled in dans car and drove away.. the stir fry place was amazing... we tricked Jill into eating wasabi, croix made a failur desert bowl, and we paid with dan's sackajaweeas (i butchered that spelling so badly), the waitress there hated us i think... but it was an awesome time. so dan drove us all back and croix was late for an eye doctor appointment, dan and ben were late for work, and jill was late to go walk a neighbors dog. I luckily had no responsibilities so i went over to daves and then we went to val's house...forced our way in because she didnt want to hang out with us =(. We watched anchor man and some food network, then went out for pizza at Anthony's (OP's nonas) it was pretty good. Then we hung out at the awesome park by vals house (same one that is by winkers house) Some of Vals friends came there too, it was a fun time. Then i drove dave home and then came home and played some yahoo! towers... and here i am now. wasnt that an interesting 2 days? over and out. (Comment on this)

11:25 pm	am i really going to update this daily??? ah, how i love summer. today i woke up at 11, watched some skateboarding competition on tv for about 2 hours, then took a nap...woke up around 2 and then decided to take another nap till 5, then i showered and went golfing with ben and bill, im pretty sure we are going to completely annhilate team bill/rob...yea and by annhilate i mean get killed because they are much better than us, or me at least. but the ben/tran vs bill/rob 9 hole competetion part three is tomarow at 830 in the morning (i dont wanna wake up that early!!!) so ill update on the outcome of that tomarow. After we got attacked by gnats and listened to icecream truck music for 2 hours we went over to the bukiris and hung out with schneider, allie, jess, heather, and winker we played tetris and this word game on the computer, then we met up with zak maybaum at the awesome park on wolf and around 151st. We didnt stay too long, but the time spent there was wonderphul, schneider swung people on the tire swing and that was really fun, if there was a job swinging people on a tire swing, schneider would definitly make millions. uhhh then we came back to the bukiris for some more tetris fun... and then i came home and now here i am writing about my day... what fun. i should get to sleep soon so i can wake up in time to get to the golf course at 830... over and out. 1:50 am	ehh.... i fall into peer pressure too easy so heather told me to start a summer journal cuz its what all the cool kids are doing, and i desperatly want to be cool so here we go... today was ok, i woke up around 11 and did nothing for a while...took a nap... and then finally went out around 5. Picked up allie jess and dave and we went to noodles for dinner, met up with schneider and sam there...that was a blast. then went to kevin's surprise party with dave, didnt' really know anyone there so i went over to the bukiris house and hun gout with allie jess heather and bill for a while, played tetris... heather dominated unmercifully =( im pretty bad at that game. and then i came home and watched Next for a good 2 or 3 hours...and so did heather cuz we are cool like that. yeppp thats about it. 9:17 am	wake up ppl! its about 9 0'clock and i have no idea why im up this early, but its sad cuz no one else is online so i have no one to talk to so i had to find a way to pass the time, and it was either read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintence, or update this... i feel i made the right choice. SATURDAY: On saturday i went to Six Flags with Amy, Maria, Sarah, Laura, Colleen, Barb, Creg, Sona, Supriya, and Devin. I was sorta suprised that Amy invited me, cuz i havent really talked to her all summer, but it was nice of her and i had a good time so im glad. I had a blast there, normally waiting in line sux cuz the ppl i go with have nothing to say, so conversation is at an all time low and we just sorta sit there saying nothing for an hour. But this time ppl were very chatty so waiting in lines didnt suck that much. Except for Vertical velocity, because for sum reason the designers decide to make the line all right in the sun so u just bake for about an hour and a half. I made a new friend Colleen at six flags, it turned out she knew sum of my friends like Jimmy Gies and Dan thorson and Matt Kehoe, so that was really kewl. She is hilerious and made me laugh so much. Her and Laura should seriously put on a 2 person comedy skit, itd be great. So after the park we went to taco bell for sum food, then came back home at around 1 so i was exhausted. Oh yea, i must say thanks to Amy's parents Sandy and Dan they are awesome. They drove us all the way up there, and didnt even go into the park they just went to see a movie or sumthing, then they drove another kid home cuz she had to leave early, came back and picked us up and drove us to taco bell for food, then home. but yes... anyway on to.... Sunday: Sunday... ah what a day it was. It was one of my lazy days. I played Megaman for about 3 hours. Watched movies, and sat online, it was a good day but not as good as... Monday: So this week is the premere of I love the 90's on VH1, and my goal was to watch it at a different house everyday, its working out pretty well. Monday i went to Karrieann's house and Lauren was there too, it was fun we played tony hawk 4 for a bit b4 the show started. Then i had to leave after it finished cuz my mom wanted me home early for sum reason. i sat online and went to sleep anxiously awaiting the arrival of... Tuesday: I went over to Gina's house and Nina and Ann were there. We decided Anna latucca needed to come so we went to Jewel to kidnap her and to purchase candy to play poker with. We eventually ended up back at Gina's with both Anna and the candy and started to watch the show while playing cards. Poker bombed it was funny while it lasted though, then we played sum crazy drug dealer game where u had to wink at every1, it was slightly akward i must say. Then Anna did sum deep phycoanalysis on me and found out what im gonna say the first time i have sex, some memorable quotes included "ohhhh lindsy lohan", "if i break through the paper do i win?", "She said i could go as slow as i want" , "how long do i have to do this for?", "lets have a staring contest", and yea it was amusing to say the least. So once again after the show was done we all went home, i sat online then went to bed, well i went to bed after 12, so i guess this all should have gone under... Wednesday: I was gonna go to Amy's house, but she had to go a church dealie so i went to go play ultimate frisbee with scott brazel, i brought lauren along cuz she hasnt played b4, cept for in jr high. So we get there and on the car ride there i tell lauren about how funny it is that scott plans all these thigns and tries so hard, but for sum reason they tend to flop alot, so we get there and he is the only one at his house, so i figure more are comming. Me: Hey scott who else is comming? Scott: *nervous laughter* uhhh... LOOK AT THIS! *goes to the computer* Me: No one else is comming are they? Scott: uhhh.... idk..... maybe nina... Me: Do we even have a frisbee? Scott: hehehe....uhh... yea...its on the roof haha so yes, that was funny. But it still turned out to be quite a fun day. We watched sum of scotts movies that he made, and i must say that he is one talented kid at making movies and playing drums. Then we watched Bowling for Columbine, and got really hungry so we were like, screw the movie we'll watch the rest later and went to Baker Square where scott got jelous of the kids at the table behind us becuase they were saying funny words that scott wish he thought up. Then Lauren kicked scott's behind in a slow pie eating contest. We came back to scotts to watch the rest of bowling for columbine only to discover there was only about 30 seconds left. So we watched sum Sealab 2021, then I love the 90's. At around 9 lauren wanted to go home so i drove her back to her house then just came home too cuz i was tired. So here i am now, on Thursday awaiting ppl to get up. Today is nerd game day which means hours of Dungeons and Dragons with Pat and Company, it should be good times cuz it always is with those crazy kids. well im off to go find sumthing to drink, over and out.
